Prices include;

Gas heating and wood for fireplace is not included in the above prices. To be paid before departure.
Payment
A bank transfer of 30% of the total price is required within 48 hours of the booking. The bank receipt must be faxed through to the owner who will then send an e-mail confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before you are due to arrive, using the same method as above; in case of cancellation the 30% deposit will be kept but the balance will be fully refunded. On arrival a €300 deposit will be required, this will be returned on departure provided that no damages have occurred.
Arrivals and Departures
The villa is usually rented from Saturday to Saturday: Arrivals from 15.00 until 19.00 Saturday afternoon unless previously arranged. The villa must be vacated between 10.00 and 12.00 Saturday morning. Long weekends or overnight stays can be arranged out of season by request.
